JDEdwards OneWorld. Technical support of JDEdwards OneWorld is
known as the Configurable Network Computing (CNC) function. We have

We view the JDEdwards OneWorld system as a whole, which includes the
Operating System, Database, the JDE OneWorld ERP software and the
client/network configuration. Many other CNC support services and
consultants separate out the other components, due to the large amount of
knowledge required to deal with the entire system. The creates
unnecessary complexity in resolving issues as nobody has a full
understanding. When the need arises we have also assisted in
the application level support area for financials and sales/distribution,
although we do not concentrate on this function.
